High-quality oil obtained by mechanical first pressing of olives. If the temperature drops below 12°C, cloudy formations may appear in the olive oil. This is a natural process due to the presence of fatty acids. At room temperature, the oil returns to its normal appearance and the properties of olive oil are preserved. Use: in salads and sauces.
