Laitteen näyttö on päällystetty erityisellä suojaavalla ONYX-lasilla. Go 6 perustuu tehokkaaseen 8-ytimiseen prosessoriin ja siinä on 2 Gt RAM-muistia. Laite on varustettu nykyaikaisella kaksikaistaisella Wi-Fi- ja Bluetooth 5.0 -moduulilla.
