Heat-resistant glass lid
With this collection, we wanted to try and make sure the practical elements also helped ensure that the meals you prepare were as good as they possibly could be. That is why we have made sure that the lid comes with a steam outlet that has a slight concavity and so collects droplets of steam in the center to return them to the dish and so make your food even juicier and the taste even better. All covers are made of heat-resistant glass so that should you or someone with smaller hands happen to brush it when moving pans, you can be saved from any nasty burns.

Convenient non-heated handles
So many pans on the market these days are yet to move with the times. It used to be the case in decades past that due to the technology of the time, it was difficult to prevent the handles of pans from heating while on the hob. This meant you had to constantly be looking for cloths or gloves to put over your hands to protect them when shifting the pan. These days though there is simply no excuse for premium cookware to not design handles that forego this particular hardship. That is why these Rigel pans have handles that do not heat up and allow for the smooth moving of them from place to place.

Functional measuring scale
We all know how difficult it is to keep a tidy kitchen. When you have a passion for cooking and you like to create all sorts of different dishes that require innumerable different kinds of methods and measurements, then inevitably things are going to end up getting a little messy at times. One factor that doesn't help is having to have more measuring instruments and cups that you actually need. When constructing this Rigel collection we have attempted to circumvent this particular problem by including a functional measuring scale in the pan so that you needn't be constantly measuring and pouring from other vessels.

Induction bottom
Cooking with an induction cookstove is very beneficial. It heats fast saving you time, it is energy efficient and so helps save on your bills as well as being helpful to the environment, and more than this, it is safer as well. The induction magnetic base of this casserole guarantees excellent heat transfer and is compatible with all cooktops meaning that all your meals wherever they are cooked in whatever kitchen will be as great as they possibly can be. The bottom is additionally reinforced with an anti-deformation disk so that even after long usage your pan remains as good as new.

Easy to clean
No one wants to be spending hours at the dishwasher after having eaten a tasty meal.
